Ok guyz, update update update from Rae in India...
Finally went out of the work premises to eat on the 17th October with my supervisor and colleagues.. No more canteen food! But the sad things is that I had KFC.. Relie OMG, you know wat.. I had been eating KFC for the past 3 days.. Continous for 3 whole days lahz... And mind you i relie suffering from constipation and KFC is not GOOD for health at ALL...
I'm sick and tired of it liao.. Wow you see my FAT FACE, TUMMY everything is juz like bloating out of my clothes lahz. I feel very guilty for eating so much FATS inside my body swimming around my blood..
I gonna to stop all these rubbish foods and becoz of eating these foods i got kinda of constipation lo... Sianz lahz, the fruits here not fresh i don't dare to eat, thus draining myself with lotsa of water.. Erm, kinda of hate myself.
If i wanna to shed some pounds away, this is not the way to go sia.. I have to cut down my carbons intake and eat more fruits and vegetables (which is quite impossible in India) thus this is the promise that i will do when I'm in Singapore.
I CAN DO IT!!! DETERMINATION IS THE WORD! I got a few plan in mind to shed those weights. Seriously when i say SHED. I make sure i will do it.. its not the beauty of looking slim its the health. You know these few days i was like feeling sharp pain near my heart area and i'm started to alert abt the eating habits that i'm having rite now. It kinda of sad, thus i have prepared myself a Calories Logbook, will update the photos once i had done when I'm back ok?

NO MORE CURRIES!!!!!! YAHOO! COUNTING DOWN FOR 10 DAYS.
A list of things that i want to do on the day of my arrival!! Lucky for us our flight had changed from the 1st Nov to the 31st October which mean i can reach home earlier!!!!
1) Eat Kway Chup (been craving for a period of time when I'm in India) Salted Vegetables
2) Go Facial
3) Go shopping with my sister
4) Go Kaplan Insititute to get my Uni brochures
5) Preparation for new semester (Yahoo! I can't wait to finish my last semester)
6) Steamboat... Yeah my mum promised to cook that when I'm back on that day!!! Yeah! Miss home cook food like crazy this is becoz the house that we stayed is vegetarian thus we cannot cook much of varieties.. Kind of miss home cook food terribly.
Ytd was one of my colleague b'dae, therefore we had some celebration with him inside the HR operation room. Haha, I alw teased by my colleagues that I'm his girlfren which includes Juliana.. (-_-").. Anyway a small celebration, 1 and only time and next week i will be BACK!! HOME SWEET HOME!!!
I can't imagine the day that i reach airport and looking forward packing my luggage.. Wahaha... anxious and excited.. And waiting and waiting.. For my presentation on the 27th October which is next Monday.. Today is only Tuesday so we had some time to go also.. But after the presentation we will be free!!!
